Last Week :(

B – I’m definitely feeling stronger and more toned.  I like it :)

L – As long as I set my mind to it, I can do it!

O – I’m happy working out 5 days a week and eating healthy.  But it doesn’t end with bootcamp.  This is my new life style!

G – I will continue my workouts and continue to eat healthy seven days a week.

S – I will not fall off the band wagon.

Week #7

B - Measurement day wasn’t what I expected.  I think we need a new the scale, the one we have must be broken lol However, i must admit my body is starting to feel more toned.

L – Working out and eating well is definitely essential.  I have been doing both and very little change, weight wise, is taking place.  I would probably be 20 lbs heavier if I weren’t working out 2 times a day and eating healthy seven days a week.

O – Everyone is still remaining strong in bettering themselves and keeping a healthy lifestyle.

G – Eating healthy seven days a week took a toll for me this weekend.  Not only was I craving a burger and fries one day, but I also didn’t eat enough calories on another.  Not good.

S – This weekend I tried my best to eat 1300 calories, but it took a lot of effort.  I will do a better job of getting enough calories in my diet this weekend.

Week #6

B - Pain.  So it started on Tuesday with my right foot.  Followed by my left knee on Wednesday.  I was still able to push through in class, but I think it's time for new shoes.

L - It is important to feed your body.  Not just feed it the right thing, but also feed it enough.

O - Instead of figuring out which party or lounge my friends and I are hitting up, now all we talk about is our workout routine for the week/weekend.  It's definitely a nice change.

G - Increasing my calorie count hasn't been that painful.  Hopefully, I will have better results this week.

S - Continue to eat 1300 calories daily and eat healthy seven days a week.

Week #5

B – This was a better week.  My body feels stronger.  I feel like my push-ups are getting better.  Also, time flies now at boot camp :)

L – I learned this week from measurement day that a low calorie diet isn’t always the best route to lose weight.
O – I’m still holding strong during this challenge.  I like to switch up my workouts so I don’t get bored; however, we always switch up the routine in boot camp.

G - I have been very good about eating seven days a week.  My new action is to increase my calorie intake.  Even though I will be eating more calories, I will make sure that they are good calories.

S – My goal will continue to eat healthy seven days a week.  However, I will also eat a minimum of 1300 calories instead of 1100 as I was previously doing.

Week #4

B – This was another tough week for me.  However, even though I wasn’t completely focused I still pushed myself.  I wouldn’t let myself give up during class.

L - Part of my action plan was to eliminate alcohol completely from my diet.  I thought that would be impossible to do, BUT this is my fourth sober weekend :D  Nothing is impossible!

O – This Saturday I ate an early breakfast and skipped lunch due to a volunteer function I participated in.  I was starving by the time it was over and had every greasy food in mind.  I was willing to eat everything and anything.  However, I managed to stay away from fast food and ended up going to Bertucci’s.  I ended up ordering a salad instead of a pizza and had a bread roll while I waited for my food to come out :)
G – There are times when I want to fall off the eating healthy band wagon, but now I take a step back to think about it.

S – Eating healthy seven days a week will continue to be my goal.
