Week #4

B – This was another tough week for me.  However, even though I wasn’t completely focused I still pushed myself.  I wouldn’t let myself give up during class.

L - Part of my action plan was to eliminate alcohol completely from my diet.  I thought that would be impossible to do, BUT this is my fourth sober weekend :D  Nothing is impossible!

O – This Saturday I ate an early breakfast and skipped lunch due to a volunteer function I participated in.  I was starving by the time it was over and had every greasy food in mind.  I was willing to eat everything and anything.  However, I managed to stay away from fast food and ended up going to Bertucci’s.  I ended up ordering a salad instead of a pizza and had a bread roll while I waited for my food to come out :)
G – There are times when I want to fall off the eating healthy band wagon, but now I take a step back to think about it. 

S – Eating healthy seven days a week will continue to be my goal.

Week #3

B - This week has been tough.  I have been feeling tired and exhausted.  Not sure exactly what it is due to.  I blame it on the weather lol
  
L - Even though I have been feeling womp this week, I still gave 100% during class.  Once class starts it's like a switch turns on.  

O - This weekend my friends and I got together to work out and talk about our journey to a healthy lifestyle.  The support we give each other is awesome.

G - I give myself a pat in the back this week.  I ate healthy this whole week despite being in training in an off site facility.  I was surrounded by fast food restaurants, bakeries, and food trucks.  Temptation was surrounding me, but I never gave in :)

S - Eating healthy seven days a week will continue to be my goal.

Week #2

B - I feel great, emotionally and physically.  I use to workout 3-4 days a week and now I am working out 5 days a week without any hesitation.  "Working out" is starting to become a habit. 

L - I've learned that it is possible to eat healthy 7 days a week.  I use to have cheat days, Fridays and Saturdays, and now I have learned how to only have one cheat meal a week. 

O - Working out and eating healthy is contagious.  My friends, outside of bootcamp, are also on some sort of plan to improve their health :) I <3 it that my girls are on this journey with me.  S/O to Cecy and Jackie!!!  ::woop woop::

G - My goal is to be at a healthy weight.  I'm will continue to eat healthy seven days a week instead of only five days a week and I will also continue to give 110% at bootcamp. 

S - Next week I will begin to incorporate strength training to my workout outside of bootcamp.  I will start out with one day a week and build from there.
